CATEGORIES

SC and ST Category

Provides legal aid to members of Scheduled Castes and Tribes to protect their rights, prevent discrimination, and ensure access to government benefits.

Persons of Human Trafficking

Offers legal support, rescue, and rehabilitation services for victims of human trafficking and forced labor.

Beggar

Assists individuals forced into begging by providing legal protection, rehabilitation opportunities, and access to shelter homes.

Disabled

Ensures equal rights and opportunities for persons with disabilities, including access to accessibility aids, employment, and protection from discrimination.

Person in Custody

Guarantees free legal representation to ensuring fair trial rights, bail applications, and protection against custodial mistreatment.

Women

Provides legal assistance for issues like domestic violence, dowry harassment, matrimonial disputes, and property rights.

Children

Focuses on protecting children from abuse, labor, and neglect, while ensuring their rights to education and safe environments.

Persons in circumstances of undeserved want

Supports victims of mass disasters, ethnic violence, caste atrocities, or natural calamities in claiming compensation and rehabilitation.

Industrial Workman

Assists workers in disputes related to unpaid wages, illegal termination, unsafe working conditions, and compensation for workplace injuries.

Persons with Annual Income Below ₹3 Lakh
